Be aware of sending any valuable items via The Courier Guy. They make it difficult to take out insurance and does not inform clients that everyday at least 4 Courier vechicles get hijacked in South Africa. They are dishonest and hide the facts about the risks involved in using their services.

Wanted them to pick up a parcel after 7 calls made they gave me the email adress to give the adress parcell weight and contact person done that the email didnt want to go thrue so i called pitstop couriers and my parcell was delivered 09H30 the next morning with courier guy you dont know who to call what no to call then email doesnt go thrue

Never answers the phone. Always a struggle to get something delivered. No one seems to even care to help at the Witbank branch. Definitely moving my business somewhere else.

Love courier guy. I only have one problem with the over night. Thay advertise that your package will be delivered at 11:00 the following morning, but in reality it takes up 3 days, you pay for over night and that will not happen. They should chamge that. But great services everytime I use them, and that is a bit.

I have called 22 times at 16h00 on the 19th of October 2022.I have arranged with them to pick up my parcel beforehand at 13h00 but no one has communicated with me to say they are late or going to be late. I have paid R621-00 for a overnight delivery.Very poor service.I want management to get back to this matter ASAP.This is unacceptable for me. I am going to leave a review on Hello Peter as well.
