Professional and efficient service.Brought a computer in with a power supply in that was damaged.Employee quickly tested a different power supply, confirmed the part was the issue and immediately replaced my damaged one with a new product during the time I was there.Thanks bro.

Arrived at the Bayside Mall store today, at 18.39 only to find that the shop was closed and everyone had gone home. Absolutely pathetic. If you have working hours, why aren't you available during them? Tried phoning as well and the number was not available.Seriously think this franchise needs to reevaluate how they do business as this is not the first time it has happened, sometimes having the store closed for more than half an hour before their closing time.

While all at Bayside are friendly, I dealt with Jonathan who is calm, friendly and efficient. Although I had reason to doubt his ability, he proved to be a champion and I would highly recommend dealing with him

My laptops hard drive died on me and while I could have repaired it myself, I just didn't have the energy for it, so I took it down to Computer Mania Bayside and they sorted it out for me super quick, new hard drive installed, windows setup and updated, Gerald is a real asset to the company as he was friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Well done guys, you never fail to impress.
