Went into this store today. One other customer in the store. Two cashiers on duty. One was helping the other customer, the other was packing dog food. Selected my purchases, an arm full of dog gravy and a huge packet of dog food. Stood and waited to pay for 15 minutes whilst the one cashier helped a customer and the other packed dog food then slowly picked press stick off her fingers. I put down my purchases and left the store. Should the staff not help customers and pack shelves when the store is empty? You have just lost a customer!

I love this store the staff and always helpful and knowledgeable. Their product range isn't huge but it is enough for essentials as well as special items.
