Great service when you are still buying. Worst ever after sale service. I just spoke to the owner Robert Green complaining about an underbar fridge's lights that's suddenly stop working. The fridge is not even a year old. The owner told me that the warranty doesn't cover the lights yet my fridge at home that I got in 2002 still has working lights. Then he proceeded to tell me that I'm wasting his time for Kak" and I must just go buy a bulb and replace it. At some point he tells me that business must be so bad that I would call him for a light bulb. My question is simple... If you spend R20k on a commercial fridge

Very helpful sales lady. I was looking for a chafing dish which I didn't know anything about. She explained everything I needed to know. They unfortunately didn't have stock of the trays I wanted, so she directed me to Banks Hiring across the road. I told her I felt bad to go and buy from the competition because she had been so helpful. She said Never mind. You'll come back next time" and I will."
