They are supposed to regulate our industry. Earn big salaries but more than 2 months later, they do not bother to attend to an online query logged - status: not startedWhen you email - no responseWhen you call - they are offlineThe only division that does anything is the POE divisionMust be nice to work there, always lunch time and never work time

Absolutely pathetic service! they take forever to answer the call, they are always offline, no helpful agents, they cut the call on you as well if they feel they don't want to answer you, they put you on hood and leave you there, they do not return calls. I emailed the legal department no response. I am waiting fora receipt fore payment that was made on the 9th November, so basically just sitting with my money and doing nothing to assist! USELESS!!!!!!!!

No Star! They are forever offline, they never ever return your call, they always request to resubmit documents and they are just the worst ever! Cannot believe these people does not have any pride in their work!

Very quick on courses and education etc.But pretty much a limp body when it comes to disciplinary measures... A single letter from an attorney will get you out with ease and a complaint can take up to 2 years to get to and still remain unresolved.This regulatory body proves why laws in South Africa are simply not worth the paper written on and that you absolutely can run a Property Management agency or a Estate Agency with zero accountability as per the act.Best of luck and I would suggest taking your complaints to court rather.

I've never personally had any problems here. Staff are helpful and always answer my questions. They are sometimes offline but not their fault, so I wait patiently or come back. I've only ever received good service here from entering.
