Can't give you less than a star... its what you deserve. My 83 year old mother has been there since the beginning of April to sort out her pension that was stolen from her card and again today has been given the run around. Service is non existence, always given wrong forms and sent from place to place and still nothing has been sorted. What is going 9n? Why don't the employees know their job and what is required? Why do the pensioners have long ques for days? Why are you always offline? People are relying on their pension and can not live without. Why is this taking so long to sort out your mess???? Disgusting!!!!!

Some staff members weren't friendly at all. It would make service delivery so much more efficient and hassle free when you get an answer from the first person you asked, instead of being sent to someone else, simply because they did not know how to answer you.

Just wanna say I was there today the 26th of April. I have been dealing in government departments due to my illness, and must say you ranking in the tops. The service was outstanding and the courtesy that this office has is absolutely incredible. Well done to the team. You are super stars

Staff are very organized which is amazing in comparison to other venues.

Your security guards at Reiger Park are rude, arrogant and possibly the most incompetent human beings God ever created

You have to be there early in the morning and follow instructions from the administration lady. She will inform you in which que to wait for assistance.

Very disorganised and not much help for the disabled people not even talking about wheelchair access witch is non existence. Worst government place ever

I had become frustrated with my present life in DECEMBER of 2022 and didn't know what complications awaited me xxx only once i had taken the physical steps toward SASSA in a manner befitting a calm and collected person, was i able to start seeing The Light of Logic xxx Dealing with the sudden Death of my Friend was devastating xxx Admittedly i was immediately angry at the prospect of long queues, unknown documentation to bring with, and basically feeling much more lost than i actually was, but, i can honestly tell you that i received such care and consideration that I'm glad i was humbled xxx my problems are now sorted and I'm much more relaxed and at ease to stand in queues and be happy for the care shown to those in more pain than i, and of a greater age xxx Going to SASSA is another day of Learning Lessons in Life xxx May ALL OUR JOURNEYS BE FILLED WITH AWESOME MEMORIES xxx A BEEEEEG THANK YOU TO SASSA AND ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES for helping me through my paces xxx

People act inferior and don't assist in a humane manor.Heaters are left on in offices (under each desk) unattended. Should government institutions not lead by example?
