Wow ... what a treat. I had my treatments done by Shenaaz and they were amazing. The facilities were clean, modern and tasteful. I will definitely be back.

Facilities are dirty. Cold massage rooms, therapists don’t wear face masks. Do not waste your time and money here. They need a serious revamp.

Very poor experience from the massage to the salt room and the attitude of the manager. The staff are under trained. We were not shown the facilities and the locker room was over crowded with lockers that don’t lock. The salt room is a pathetic attempt at a “therapy”.The managers snide comments when I voiced my opinion didn’t help. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff have very good energies, the massages are 11/10. My mother and i had an amazing experience, the house keepers are so kind and helpful. The manager is so accommodating and the facilities are so aesthetically pleasing. 100% recommend!
