I appreciate everyone’s experience is different given different circumstances…but my experience especially with the emergency unit has been great this year…The recent one being yesterday night 24/11/22, great work Dr Dube… please keep up the good work Sir and may God continue to guide you in your calling…The experience started with Kutlwano at reception, well done and to all the Nurses who were on duty…your service delivery standards are commendable… empathy and warmth are virtues that echoed unspoken.

From reception to maintenance everyone is friendly and does not judge anyone at any time. The service provided is from top class. The health and hygiene is top priority at this hospital. I went there to do the air conditioners and chillers.

Life Gaborone Private Hospital :::-> We had to go there for some medical attention. This was a pleasant experience. The care of each patient from entering the hospital. The Covid related sanitising. The distancing.The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.

The only thing wrong with this hospital is their accounting. Don't be surprised to get demands for payment anything up to 12 months after your treatment. Atrocious.

Arguably the best hospital in Botswana from history.They take medical aid and VISA or credit cards for payment.There's a pharmacy for your prescriptions, a coffee shop for dining if you have to stay longer than planned,And they have very comfortable sofas for you to sit in while waiting to be assisted.I particularly like the number system for queing at the pharmacy. Takes away a lot of stress!Service far surpasses government run health facilities, but it does come at a price. For all the service and hospitality you get, expect an equivalently excellent" bill"
