Rude and unfriendly staff with no idea what customer service is. I came in to fetch my click and collect one person was ahead of me. The till clerk after servng her abandoned the line with no explanation i tried to engage with other staff to assist and non wanted to avail themselves she came back twenty minutes later with another customer insisting on serving them first even though i was in line way before them she gave me attitude and hurriedly gave me my package.I will find alternative place to shop.

If you expect your clients to wait 2.30hours to get to a till point in your store think again. You will never see me in this store or any other Mr Price store. Quality of merchandise also questionable.

Still standing in line after two hours. 3 cashier's, and nothing happens. Appalling! Do not waste your precious time. People also don't know how to do social distancing

Lovely clothes, good prices BUT absolutely shocking how there are only 3 cahiers out of 10 tills to service a store full of customers. This at month end! The queue snakes from one side of the store to the next which would make it about 100 or 150 people. If you're in that queue for less than 45min consider yourself lucky

Hard to find sizes. Most sizing totally inconsistent. 12 pay points and only 4 open. Store dirty and staff not bothered by boxes and hangers lying on the floor. Pathetic shopping experience.

No compliance by supervisors or managers regarding wearing masked. Not even the security by their door wears her mask completely. Staff working with customers not even having their mouth covered with their mask. How can they enforce that masked be worn by customers if they dont even comply. Then staff want to serve you with and attitude. Really dissapointed in them. 1 star

I asked about laybye and the lady didn't tell me that I need an original ID, I spent time picking out more than 20 items (of baby cloths) only to be told I can't make a laybye even with a certified copy of ID and the staff on the floor where not keen to assist.
