Clicks Pharmacy Pinelands

Terrible service. Unhelpful people assisting on the floor. I wanted to buy a kettle, 2 different prices but the same description. The R799 label wasn’t even displayed but I found it on top of the box in the shelf. So I asked for assistance to tell me which price is the right price. The one man seemed like he was new as he was unsure then the second man was rude as he raised his voice at me when I was simply asking him why the price is different but the kettle description is the same. And he then placed the R799 label in front of the kettle where the original price and special price was the same in any case. I bought the kettle as they said it was the only one of that kind left even though you can see the box had been opened, came home to check it before I wrapped it up to give as a Christmas gift, saw it has been used. Very dissatisfied at the poor service. Clicks Pinelands, train your staff properly, don’t sell used items and just do better!

I think a snail is faster than the people working at dispensary. It’s like everything is a major effort for them. Give these guys some energy tablets please

Awful awful Clicks, service is beyond bad, only 1 person at the till at any time even if the queue is 10 people long. Staff have to be called to come to the tills and then they take at least 5 minutes to get there. There POS is probably the slowest one in the country.

Service at this place is ridiculous slow the staff takes 10mins per customer i sat waiting 60minutes to be served and the lady chit chats about nonsense while there is a ling que of people. 3 staff on duty and they dont care that the people waiting are elderly or even that they have other arrangements.28 Self Medication8 script2 pre collectionPinelands Clicks need to replace staff and really look at customer service at the pharmacy

I've called the clinic on 4 occasions and each time they answer and then drop.

Khalid Sondag is just the man for a great advert for the clicks group. He went out of his way to locate some HRT's for me and in fact was about to get his wife to pick them up for me in Blue route, that service doesn't come easy and these days does not exist. Well done Khalid and thanks, on the other hand he organized for me NOT to stand in the q at central square as I had already been in the q at Howard Center, the staff there at central square would not hear about me wanting to skip the q and there number system out or order so I did stand in another q , after all Khalid did this was rather disappointing!!

There are serious problems occuring with regards to customer service in the dispencary. I called in to find out if a script of mine was still valid only to be shouted at and have the phone hung up on me mid sentence. This is not the only time my husband and I have been having problems with this branch. My husband, being a mild mannered person, often needs to endure poor treatment when collecting his meds. My main concern is the effect this behaviour can have on customers, especially those living with mental health challenges. One of these unprofessional outbursts can easily be enough to be the final straw for someone having a mental health crisis. Please take the time to adress this issue as peoples lives depend on this service and simply going elsewhere is not always an option.

Absolutely the worst service at the pharmacy, waiting over 40min to be assisted. Only one person working on a Friday afternoon. Rather drive to Century City, it will be faster than Clicks Pinelands.

I am quite surprised at the negative reviews this business has received as I am very pleased with the service I receive. HOWEVER!!! I have been dissappointed with the web site offering bookings for the booster jab. Impossible to book so I am going into the branch to see what can be done.

Poor service. I tried calling. 1st time, someone picked up and ended the call immediately. 2nd time, no one answered and it kept ringing.
