Safe, secure with guard houses on 24/7 watch. There are pools. And the units are near and compact. A great investment opportunity if you are an aspiring landlord, and the buildings are well maintained. Ensure your own covid protection although covid protocols are observed.

Quite a far drive in and roads are not lit well. Narrow and dark. Would not recommend going there in the night. Complex itself looks very neat and clean from the outside. Well lit and has security. The area around it however is not good nor does it feel safe.

102 Morningside Village is a great complex to live. Close to all amenities. Has poll and braai facilities. Safe and secure.

It is a great apartment block, divided into three areas, each area has it own pool and 24 hour security. It a very good, cleaning and a quiet place for family with kids. Situated in a area that is very close to Overport city, Musgrave center, florida road and Windermere center. If you have kids you can chose from a number of schools around the area
