Some workers at this place are very eager to assist while others pretend to work iv been waiting 6 months for payment and everytime I go they tell me payment will be made in 7 to 10 daysIf not I should return, to stand in long queues with no social distance and the place itself is over crowdedSomething needs to be done here

The service is terrible, long lines and then they cut off lines at 9am but working hours are 7h30 to 4pm... Payments take time and when you enquire all they do is duplicate things and never give a straight answer of why payments take so long

Spaza shops are run better than this place. The only people who actually work are the security guards. They give you information in dribs and drabs, wasting your time. Terrible!

Waste of time for anyone to even consider using the Orlando branch...Stuff very incompetent.Customer service is very poor.The stuff act like they doing us a favour n they very rude.I would advice anyone looking to go there not to even think about it cause its just a waste of time n money.

Who exactly can be contacted regarding the department of labor we are being disrespect yet people wanted to work ag fok man if anyone with full info can help then we can take this further I've applied for my money on the 28 of November 2022 till today still waiting

10 am they close the gates and no one can come in because they cut the queue at 10am. I don't understand why they operate like this because the business hours is from 7:30 to 16:00pm. After lunch they knocking off. Bad bad bad service at this Centre.

Service is poor, submitted my paperwork 3 month ago, 35 days is long overdue and till this day I haven't received an SMS. After 09h00 you don't get help, the Security guards turns you away,you must come the next day.
