Have been with Hybrid for the past 7years, in the past claims were attended to professionally and promptly, had a claim in June 22 and to date not finalised, The broker Pete a ritz never reply nor calls back?Terrible service

DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH THEMHybrid is affiliated with New National Assurance Company who rejected my claim based on police report ( which contained clear inaccuracies) of an officer who tried to solicit a bribe which we refused to pay. Police officer then detained me and charged me curfew (even though it was a medical emergency) and also with reckless and negligence driving (Tracker log show that driving within speed limit). He was the only one detained even though there were 4 individuals in the other vehicle.Even after charges were dropped because other parties were a no show and there was no substance to the charges that were only instituted against 1 party and not the other parties in the other vehicle, nnac still refuses to accept claim on account of police report and witness statement. We don’t know who these witnesses are as given the other parties involved in the accident were a no-show in court, twice.Extremely disappointed, DO NOT INSURE YOUR GOODS WITH THEM

I regret the day we decided to move from a renowned household name Outsurance to Hybrid Risk Management because of the few thousand Rands we were going to save. It's been a truly horrible experience dealing with these guys and my advise to anyone that wants to deal with them please think twice. We pay for road side assistance but whenever we have a problem with one of our trucks it's a mission to get them to assist as their service will say they cannot assist with vehicles more than 3.5ton.Recently our truck was in an accident on the 2nd of December but until today the claim has not been finalized.I would never recommend this recommend anyone with a business to use this company as you will never have peace of mind

Outstanding service!I just want to give a massive thank you to you guys. From getting my policy sorted out before I even moved over, all the way through to my first ever claim after an unfortunate accident.My situation was somewhat different, in that I have a fairly rare vehicle that I didn't want to be written off after what can only be classified as tiny cosmetic damage. Danielle put a note from the start on my claim mentioning this and even checked it out herself. After all the quotes from panelbeaters and repairshop and even the report from the assesor put it down as a write off, this note went through to the insurer who then allowed me to still have it repaired.A big thank you to Warren for ensuring my policy is accurate and Danielle dealing with my claim, being friendly and always willing to help!

Very poor customer service. Bad commu ication and delayed tactics on claims

I have been with this company since 2017 and in 2018 I had 2 rather large claims and they were absolutely fantastic. The claims were settled quickly and efficiently. 2 years later my vehicle was stolen and it has been the worst experience ever. The delay tactics that is being used is absolutely astounding. I went onto Hello Peter to read up on their service recently and what surprised me the most was the raving reviews on there about Peet. You must have got him on a good day, all he has done is make this the worst experience for me. After a telephone call a week ago I am still waiting for an email, followed up with another call and denies having said that he was going to send a confirmation email and then has the audacity to argue with me. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!
