What a terrible experience. I can not speak to the dentist’s abilities or service as I never got there.I had an appointment with Dr Laubscher for 9AM. I had phoned in and given the receptionist all necessary details for my visit. I arrived a few minutes before 9 and immediately went to the receptionist to let her now I was there. After confirming my appointment and medical aid, I took a seat. I waited until 09:25 only to see the 09:30 appointment be called in to see the dentist. I went to the receptionist and just asked whether I had been looked over. Now for the first time she asked me to fill out a form updating my medical aid details. Still waiting for her to update my account on the system, I hear her whispering to her fellow receptionist. 09:50 came around and she called me to the front and asked if I could return later the afternoon as the Dr was busy and slightly behind schedule. If I hadn’t gotten up to ask her, she would have let me sit there indefinitely. No apology or recognition of her neglect or mistake. I friendlily declined the offer for a return later the afternoon and left the practice without even seeing a dentist.Super disappointed as I have heard only good things of the dentist - but due to this incident I will most definitely not be returning.

The best dentist ever!!!!! And i have been to all the dentist in cw. I recommend him to all he saved my teeth and now i can smile again. Iv been living out of cw for 7 years now but still only have my teeth done here .Thank you dr.
