I just want to say thank you to Natasha and Vanessa for assisting me with my trade in. I took ownership of the new Opel Corsa 1.2 today. These beautiful ladies went over and above for me. I am so grateful to you both. The service was exceptionally good. I would recommend Williams Hunt to any person looking to purchase a vehicle from them. Well done ladies! You guys ROCK!!

On Wednesday 2021/01/27 I took my bakkie in for minor repairs and after I received it I noticed that my wife had her perfume stolen from the vehicle and when we went back we were told that its not their fault, how rude after my wife's new perfume was stolen by one of their members. Not happy at all.

Just need to give Mr. Glen Gouws and his team a huge thank you for your amazing service.I had a breakdown on my way to East London, with a laden car, in the rain and after being towed to William Hunt, they went out of their way to fix my car's cam belt, sending me safely on my way.May I add, the premises are immaculately clean and all staff, from the security gentleman, to the cleaning ladies, to the staff, to the top man"

Just yesterday I took my chev spark for service. my flash drive went missing and after calling service dept today they claim they can do nothing at this point because they inform customers to take out their valuables. It comes down to customer service and honesty. Why do you render a service and still not being able to take responsibility what is happening on your premises.

Took my vehicle in for 45000km service. They over tightened the brakes and it had to be towed back. Workshop manager was rude and lied to me. Not impressed. Showroom staff are all so friendly. I guess once you buy their vehicle they don't worry so much about appearances.

Good day. I have been a client of GM for the past 23 years. My last purchase was an Opel essentia 1.4. Yesterday the 8th in Cradock I found that the boot lid does not want to open. I contacted a very good friend that said that I should visit Williams Hunt on Moffet road and let the mechanical chaps see what the problem is. I arrived there at 11:29 on the morning of the 9th. A very friendly blond haired lady in the sales department showed me where to go for assistance. She went to look for the people working in that section. I then drove to the service section to find that everything was locked and nobody in that section could be found. She came to me and apologized and was very embarrassed. Closing time was indicated as 12:00 on their notice board. This is a very bad for the image of your company, also showing what the workers think of your company and management. I have to travel to Jeffreys Bay and battle getting our luggage out if the boot, when we get home only to return during the week to get the problem sorted out. Huge inconvenience and waste of petrol. Shame on them. I will also be forwarding this matter to W/Hunt Head office.

What a 360 from dealing with Isuzu when i purchased my bakkie to dealing with their service department. Shocking service recieved this morning, all of the staff there should go for customer service training, no communication skills. Would not recommend Isuzu William Moffet at all. You would think it's a new year and staff would be motivated and re-energized. Hoping the service to my bakkie today is better than the lack of service received at the service department.

I bought a used opel astra and salesman said it includes the tracker only to find he was talking a lie, because after the 30 days car tracker deducted installment for a tracker .When I query about this they said I should cancel the tracker and promised to adjust car premium since I have canceled the tracker till today no adjustment.Williams hunt is corrupt

Very disappointed with the parts department I ordered a part and phoned on Friday to verify if they are open on a Saturday. The response was yes from 8 am until 12pm.When i arrived at 11 today the parts department was closed .Now i have wasted valuable time and fuel just to arrive at n closed parts department.

I dealt with Richard at the parts department. I needed a wheel speed sensor for a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo 1.5 LS. During my initial call, there was a problem with the call and it dropped. He took the time to phone me back (which rarely happens in any other business). He was able to source the part, have it sent up to the William Moffett branch for collection (as it is close to where I live). Friendly and efficient service. I left feeling very impressed by the professionalism. Thanks Richard!
