Appointment made on BAPS was easy, got one for a day later, took 2hrs waiting in queue to apply for passport, got sms a week later, collection 15min.

I tried this branch for my sons passport Application after a terrible Nigel office experience on my passport renewal. The appointment system actually works here. They print the tickets for appointments in the morning so the ticket is ready when you get there. The whole process took 1 hour 15 minutes. Staff were courteous and I was very pleasantly surprised. Well done to office management and staff.

I made an appointment yesterday, 11h00 confirmed for this morning, to get a renewal of my current passport. The system was seamless, from the photo booth, application and payment. I cannot stress this enough: make a booking on BAPS before you come. You’ll be in and out in 45 minutes. Collections can take longer and sadly the system is up and down a lot.When inside, the staff are generally friendly and efficient. But you’ll want to bring a hat and lots of sunscreen because there is zero shade or shelter from the sun and those queues get HOT.

We went in the afternoon at about 1:30 p.m. The branch manager, Virginia, was most helpful with sorting out my wife's ad-hoc passport issue. It took only 10 minutes. We then did other applications after that, with a little bit of queueing to get the forms, virtually no wait for the cashier, and a bit more queueing to get the completed forms submitted for processing. Not a bad experience at all. An hour to do everything. Well done, guys, keep it up!

Application went quite quickly, less than an hour last November. Tried 3x to collect, no luck. We are made to queue outside for collection, another time the system was down!!

Really I have nothing bad to say.The service was unbelievable. Friendly people. Was done quickly. A big thank you to Mr Sameul. He was super helpfull and friendly.Just something that all should know.If you have school children applying for ID or Passports they should wear their school uniforms and then they help those first so they can get to school fast.Both parents must sign for Passport application.Parents must have their ID's there when applying for Children's Passports.The parent going with the child for smart ID must also have his/her ID on them.
