Great experience with the mobile unit coming to replace my windscreen, they were fast and efficient. Michelle and team were all very friendly and helpful. Windscreen looks good as new and really was a job well done!

The worst Glasfit ever, I have never gone to any service provider that was not able to assist a client. We live in a world where we all need to work, I needed to be dropped off at the civic centre in town, the glasfit is in Long street. The manager or whoever he is... Simply says... I can't let anyone leave.... But yet there is a person who is busy with my vehicle, I even Said they could use my vehicle... And he simply refused. So now I have to sit around for 3 hours and be unpaid where I could have been productive in that time...

From the first time I contacted this branch for assistance right up to driving my car out with a brand new windscreen, Glasfit Cape Town were amazing. They handled everything with my insurance with no hassle. My claim was approved within a matter of hours and my brand new windscreen was ready for the fitment the very next day. This branch is awesome! Highly recommend them!!

Got quoted R1000 more on a car window than any other establishment. I got quoted R700 - R850 at other companies and this company quoted R1900.00??

The ladies in the front were very friendly but I got messed around too many times. Said they had my window so I dropped my car off. Nope someone has taken my window. We will order you another one come in at 11 on Friday. I get there at 11 to have my window only arrive at 2. They said they could fix a dent by the window but they did not and when I complain they say I must go to a panel beater. Don't promise something when you can't deliver.

recieved the worst service ever my car went in for a tracker and could never start after ELMO AND ANSHWIN worked on it they now standing out of the water saying it is my fault ,car has a new battery and was a daily driver until it went to them it now costing me alot of money to get my car back ,dont use them please stay away they are incompatent and run away from the problem

Replaced my faded and bubbling window tints perfectly.Great service and reasonable turnaround time. Get there early (8:30AM latest) if you are needing prompt service - they get busy quickly!
