This entity is great on finding you a suitable housing until you sign your lease. After that you are simply working with very busy individuals who are only interested in sending comms in relation to fines and invoices. Below are the cons of choosing to be in a relationship with them.- They do not supervise their cleaners to ensure that the common areas are kept clean.- Dustbins are sometimes not collected or overly flooded with the dirt spilling over and being blown all over.- They have spent 4 weeks without cleaning common areas, specifically the staircase. No apologies or reason why it was not done.- They send wrong comms to you, and when you ask for clarity, they DO NOT RESPOND.I'm simply tired of sending emails complaining and requesting them to give the service that we pay for.

Their communal dish is not working properly, you can't view all channels. They force u to use their own appointed installer who charges triple what a normal standard decoder installation would go for from any accredited DSTV installer.
