You can never have a “quick” visit to this store. Staff are friendly but they never have enough tellers on, so the checkout process is very slow. The pharmacy is also great but apparently the most popular in Edenvale. There is always a queue so it’s normally a long wait for your medicine. Good store but always slow going

There's always something they don't have at the dispensary. Its becomes inconvenient. I tried the other pharmacy down the road, they didn't have a medicine on the script, they delivered it the next day free of charge. Now thats service. The pharmacists at Clicks Karaglen(not including Jackie) have a don't care attitude.

Called the Clinic here yesterday and was told to be here at 7am but the store is closed. I am not sure what the point of queuing outside a closed store for 2 hours is. The emergency number also doesn't go through. These people don't care about people. They act like the doing you a favour gving you the vaccine.

I attended the clinic for vitality check and the lady nurse was 1of the best and kindly person. So friendly and I understand why she became a nurse. Such a good friendly person..... 5 stars for her

This pharmacy is best! Moses is so helpful and kind. If meds are not in stock he always makes a plan. I love coming to this pharmacy because he is ever willing to help.

Compliments to your Pharmacy staff. There is one pharmacist who is so knowledgeable and so helpful. I feel like she can read my mind lol. Wish I took note of her name. I feel like your staff really make an effort to connect to with us. Great Job and keep it up!

These people are always doing their admin work rather than seeing to customers first at the dispensary. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be served. Yet they were in full sight of us customers

Really a terrible pharmacy, never have stock that u want. Unless you want to buy a kettle or toaster. The pharmacist messed up my script and didn't load the outstanding medication correctly. There is 2 ladies that came over from the old pharmacy that is good, but the rest is terrible. I can go on and on but it wouldn't help. Will definitely not return.

The dispensary is well organized and staff helpful. New ticketing system works well. Need to have more cashiers at the front, queues too long and people (including myself) abandoned their shopping.
