Always the best service from Dr Omar and his team, my dog had a bad breath and was itching , he advised a new food and all is over, no itching Fresh breath, happy fur kids!

Horrified by the negligence and lack of care from Dr Basson at the Hillbrook Veterinary Clinic. My grandmother has been taking her dogs there for several years now already.The one dog has had bad breath for 3 years and after each check up I ask my gran if the vet said anything about it. Her answer is always no. Only for long standing dental problems to be discovered on a weekend visit by my cousin who works with the dog unit in the Navy. I took her to the nice people at Vetworld this morning and they had to remove 9 of her teeth....What kind of vet doesn't notice something like that when a dog handler in training picks it up within a minute of meeting the dog? We will not take our animals back to the Hillbrook Veterinary Clinic ever again and by seeing other people's experiences it seems like a common thing now.

Arrived with an emergency case of with my cat hyperventilating and honestly got the feeling that they'd rather not even want us there.Vet on call was way out of his depth, and just treated it as a simple case of snuffles, regardless of how many times I told him otherwise. Turns out my cat has an enlarged heart and a damaged lung, but I found that out the next day when I took him to a competent vet (Country Animal Clinic)Avoid this place at all costs. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

He helped us when no other vet wanted to help us on a saterday afternoon with an emergency with our dog. He is very kind and gave us amazing service . Definitely taking all my pets to him in the future . Best vet in Somerset west

Absolutely awful experience. Our kitty died suddenly and unexpectedly after falling off the couch (heart attack, injured neck?). We rushed him to the emergency vet and the vet pulled out his little tongue and said oof well he's been dead for a while already". When we asked what happened to him

The worst experience ever, my furry child so traumatized,! Definitely a no no plus the cost extremely high. The Dr just couldn't care shouldn't be practicing!

Worst vet in ssw. Never take your animals here.... Almost killed my animal, two other vets agreed they did exactly the opposite to what they should have done. They're lucky I don't report them. Oh and as a bonus...they have hidden charges.

Absolutely horrible experience. Seems to me the old man must retire before he screws up more dogs. My dog is terribly terrified of a vet or anything of the sort after his last experience at this so called vet". I myself can't even administer ear drops without him squealing now. And I will forever hold this against you. You turned a beautiful soul into a terrified little dog. Your practices are a joke."
