Food was very tasty, but the service was terrible.. The front shop assistants really need training on customer service and satisfaction as well as telephone etiquette.... The manner in which they address clients is terrible.... Please improve...

Purchased sit down and take away meals on multiple occasions since 2012, i really appreciate the consistency in the food preparation, compared to the other mochachos ive eaten at, this branch is a definite favourite of mine.

Horrible customer service. Went back with chicken that was raw. Manager bit into the food and said I don't think it's raw and I don't know what we can do about it now.

We love Mochachos for their chips. The burgers are also jummy.This establishment has friendly staff so we stop here when we visit in Witbank.Tried the Gourmet Burgers. Was a nice change but unfortunately the burgers are a bit dry? Otherwise its jummy.
