Brights Hardware - Langebaan
Decent size mall with a good selection of shops. Ample free parking. Mall is clean and has a pick n pay, Woolworths, checkers, clicks etc. Some places to eat, Pizza Hut, and two coffee shops. Some nobility shops too. Wheelchair friendly.

I was in Brights, Langebaan today, 3 December 2022 and I have never been so rudely treated by one of the salespersons in my entire life. A salesman at the paint counter addressed me in the most rude manner after I asked about a specific type of paint. He clearly wasn't in the mood to assist me and repeatedly made rude and impatient remarks.I have read previous reviews of people complaining about the same problem and believe it's regarding the same employee. It's disappointing that Bright's management team is not taking the comments seriously enough from customers. I will never set foot in Brights, Langebaan again and won't be recommending anyone to go either. I am unable to give a lesser rating that one star, if I could I would.

Great store with significant investment.A pity about the extremely bad service from Rafiq Mustafa who certainly does not fit the great service associated with this great brand.He was found to be reluctant to help, no initiative, extremely rude and quite frankly useless.It is a shame that a little leaven can effect the whole lump.REPORT BACKJason the store owner called me and we chatted. All was settled aimiably.

Service levels and friendliness of most salespersons are just pathetic. 1 or 2 eager salespersons, but the rest makes one feel they have more important things to do, like their personal facebook catchups. I have seen it more than once. Management is always eager and capable to help though.
