Had to collect a package from here Extremely clueless security guard at the front. Did not allow me to park inside in the visitors parking because I had my disabled son with me. Expected me to park on the road outside in the hot sun. Did not ask for order number but name of company and my name all of the details of which are irrelevant . He did not know how to ask for order number. I had to insist that I speak to Abrian and he did not want to let me speak to him, also guard said he did not have the number of Abrians office so I could not get hold of Abrian myself to make sure that someone was tracking my order. This place is huge so one would expect some procedure in place to collect packages but the security in the front was absolutely clueless and unhelpful

Waiting very long. 3hrs to offload a container for storage. Look like no one in charge after hours. Pathetic service.
