Not great service from an industry supplier at all! Literally placed an order, delivery was confirmed for 3 days later. Order has still not arrived 5 days later. Nobody has the decency to respond to emails. If you're in manufacturing one can imagine what delays cost small businesses. Not great to work with.

Absolute worst service I have received from any company, supplier or provider, in any form of retail, ever! I think if you go in to their premises yourself it may be different, but from an order-supply standpoint, the service and communication is non-existent. I firmly believe that management, or whoever the managing body is, has absolutely no clue how bad it is! I've even requested to speak with management or to get contact details for management to try and get this sorted out, but my request is just ignored. Absolutely shocked that it always has to be such a problem to get anything done or to get any sort of response out of them. When the big boys from overseas were present, then everyone appeared to be jumping for anything, but in general I only experience a I don't really care" attitude. Sad to see that no pride is taken in what they do. Whether this is simply just the individuals we are stuck dealing with
