Was completely satisfied with our room..it was side Sea facing and very clean and neat. Staff very good.. Very happy with everything and the cost was so reasonable per night.. In a good location right by the beach..I Definitely recommend it.

I booked and confirmed with booking dotCom and was told to pay when I arrived I even filled in an email with my details when I arrived the staff at the counter were not helpful at all a match in the mouth and barely greeted I booked for dinner bed and breakfast when I arrived I was told I didn't confirm I was coming and so the chef was sent home but I can still have the room because I didn't leave my credit card information but there was no payement information when I booked I told them to cancel my booking and came to Margate hotel which is amazing staff friendly and accomadating and I had dinner

Cheap accommodation with awesome views, clean cozy rooms

Loved the location and the fact that they have a backup generator, which loadshedding doesn't impact you in the evenings.

Much as I enjoyed my stay here & don't have a complaint but this is a 3 Star Lodge hence I adjusted my expectations to the level of a 3 ⭐

A few steps away from the beach. Loved the smell of the ocean. Safe and secure.
