Experience were great. Fast and very effective. Line went faster then expected although covid regulations are adhered to. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Excellent service.

They currently only process 120 cases per day. In order to be assisted I had to stand in a queue from 06:30 am due to the many people requiring service. Once inside the building they were relatively quick with the process.

I got there early about 45 minutes before they opened and I was #5 in line. Once they opened I was done in 15 minutes. Very efficient service and Covid-19 restrictions are in place. Counters are wipes after every person. Very friendly car guards too to watch our cars because it's not a very safe area.

Very bad experience, the people working here are very rude including the supervisor, it seems they will do anything to not help the public. If you planning on visit this branch make sure u there at 5am as there is very long queues and dont ask any questions as the workers there has no patience so best google what you need before the time

I was there before 7 and the department opens at 8.I was no. 57 in the queue. Only 2 tellers. Got out at 10am.Could've gone quicker if all 3 tellers worked. As the one worked the other closed but they just started. I would really like a job there. Please send me details to apply as I am unemployed

I chose the perfect day to renew my licence. Queues wasn't that long.. The manager there was very helpful standing outside with the people assisting everyone.. Think his name is Bernard.. Very professional absolute pleasure..Thumbs up.. Great service.. In this trying frustrating times..

Aslm/Good day allKindly note that this building at Strandfontein is closed for any service. They have moved to Lansdowne Corner Mall on the corner of Lansdowne road (Govan Mbeki road) and Turfhall road. They are situated where FNB was, opposite KFC. Check pictures.I'm not sure if the correct reason for them closing the building is because the building did some how not meet the criteria. Yeah after so many years.The only place for water and vehicle licensing in Mitchell's Plain is Promenade at the Pick and Pay entrance. Takes about an hour to sometimes 30 minutes depending on line and time of month.Hope this information helps and receive you before you go all the way to Strandfontein.Kind regards,

I went to this centre for licence renewals this morning. Service excellence at it's best. Friendly and very efficient staff. No long lines. Thank you to all CCT staff and security which made my experience hassle free.

Best service. I stood for 3 days, for 3hrs each day at Promande Motor Vehicle registration. The Q never moved for those 3 days. Today the 3rd I stood for a hour and decided to go to Stranfontien office. Within a hour I had my vehicle licence. The manager came out every 15min to check up on the q, chatting to each client. The office was clean, it reminded me of a hospital. Very impressive. Well managed and excellent service deliver!
