Good dayOn 04-05_2021 I went for a port at your Promenade branch and the service I received was horrendous to say the least.For such a big company to be delivering such service is a disgrace in the least!I just wanted to let you know that I'm very disappointed with the poor customer service I received and its very unlikely that I would ever recommend someone to that branch.I literally had to raise my voice to be helped which I feel was unnecessary if I was just told what was going to happen and not kept me waiting like I am not important to the business.I feel very dissatisfied for the fact that I got a slip with the average waiting time of 19 minutes however I only got assisted almost an hour later whereas there was other people who came after me and got served before me,it was at that moment when I had to raise my voice in order to get assistance which I feel wasnt necessary. In the time whilst I was waiting no one came to keep me updated yet they assisted clients who came after me ,before me. I would've understood if this was me calling in to the call center however I was in the branch and everyone acted as if I didnt exist.What kind of customer service is that? Is that the experience you want customers to walk away with,and how you would want customers to talk about your company and the service rendered?I would appreciate a response after the service you've rendered. I also would not be surprised if I did not receive a response as you made it crystal clear that only certain customers matter. Be assured that I will take it further with this complaint as the ombudsman would be thrilled hearing of such a big company disregarding its customers complaints.RegardsHighly disappointed customer

What an awsom lady this is, very helpful and alwas have a smile on her face. Always gives me excellent service. So if your looking for the perfect consultant shes the person to go to.

I have tried to contact this store 9 times this morning. No one answered. Absolutely disgusting service.

I have had the worst experience ever. They sold me an iPhone 13 a month later I experienced issues with the phone, the phone would not work for 8hours, I could not turn it on and it would freeze for 10 hours. I took it back to the store they told me they will book it in for repairs. Its been four weeks now I still have not received it yet. I can guarantee that the phone was a factory default.

Excellent service from a Mr Saadiq Abrahams. Very kind, friendly and welcoming, coupled with very good product knowledge. He went above and beyond and met all my expectations.The only down side was the long wait, which is not his fault but are understandable due to the current circumstances we find ourselves in. I am however glad that I waited because he did a very good job. He delivered.JOB WELL DONE Mr Abrahams.

I want to thank Lorenzo Fisher for his excellent customer service and assistance yesterday 14th February 2021. Did an early upgrade and was amazed at his patience and product knowledge keep up the good work, also to the rest of the staff for their polite and patient assistance towards their clients. You guys are just amazing

Excellent service went there with my little one

I had to enquire about an account, and the assistant was just excellent in handling the query. The lady was friendly and efficient, and really tried her utmost to resolve my query, which she achieved.
