RUN! You will NEVER EVER see your deposits again no matter how immaculate you leave your place. Ask anybody who has dealt with them - they screw everyone over and then never reply to emails and conveniently pocket your BCM and deposit money. No manners. Bunch of thick Dutchies!

If there is anything less than a star I would give. When it's time to move in all seems good, the agent representative is all respectful and proactive. Move out:welcome to hell world, caretaker blames office for the deposit delay, office claims they never received docs. Yet the new tenant is already residing at the premises. We pursuing legal action as from today. Bullies of note these ones. Never again shall I associate with this agent....
