I'm sceptical of all these online shops that seem to have the best prices but I've never heard of before. I'm glad to let others know that GETPOWER is a legit company with excellent communication. They always kept me in the loop via email and phone calls on stock expectations and I received my inverter a few weeks ago and my Revov battery today.Thanks for the great service and thanks to previous people who commented on Hellopeter and Google giving me the piece of mind to buy from them.

Exception service. Wayne took half an hour to talk to me about my questions regarding the product. By talking to him it was clear that he is customer focused and wants to help people get great products. There are a couple of fly by night online stores focused on backup power equipment, Get Power is not one of them. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

These guys have their system down. The website works well, the payment system is efficient and logical, they are responsive and the delivery was lightning fast. Solid!

Purchased a couple inverters over the last month from them all good. Then the last one was out of box faulty so I contacted get power via their telephone number and spoke to a gentleman that was busy bathing a child from the sounds of it.He proceeded to tell me that I must have opened the box and done some modifications as it took me a few days to write to them? Where the logic is I don't know. He then went on to say that I could have done anything to the device and how is he meant to know otherwise? Clearly just a combative person with little maturity.Anyway, he requested I deliver it to his drop shippers at 109 Manhattan road airport Industria to Africo Solar where I could exchange it. On arriving he then said he had no stock despite a whole lot of stock in view.I then asked for a refund and returned the unit but in true form he did not refund me in full.There are so many sellers rather just go somewhere else. The guy I dealt with didn't even want to give me his name but he sounded like an Indian guy.TLDR: business manager acts like a child and will rip you off in the end.

If you want exceptional after sales service, use GetPower. Second inverter I have bought from them. I could not get it connected with the first inverter. After a query to the GetPower team via email, Wayne phoned me back within minutes and assisted me to get the inverter running. Thanks for the prompt and helpfull service.
