Best vet ever!! Dr. Nutt makes time to talk to you as the client and explain what is wrong with your pet. He also explains how the medication works and what is new on the market. Just love to take my pets there an recommend him to all my petsitting clients.

My Friend went to this practice yesterday. Her Scottie has been groomed recently and didn't need a nail cut but Dr Nutt did it anyway and made ALL her paws bleed! What bothers me most, is that he carried on and didn't stop and made as if it was nothing. Don't go there - that practice clearly isn't gentle with animals! My Friend's Scottie can't even walk properly and is affected by this ordeal! My Friend said he didn't answer all her questions and was short and rude with her!

Friendly receptionist, but very rude dr. He doesn't take time to explain the process, then gets frustrated quickly when things don't go smoothly. I don't know whether this vaccination experience was more traumatic for me or for my cat.

Not a nice experience. No help getting my 15+Kg dog onto the table, no diagnosis, just sky high quote and fast to invoice for no more than two minutes “consultation”.

While the receptionist is friendly and professional, the vet himself is very curt to the point of rudeness, and does not seem particularly interested in the “patient” either.It was our first visit with our new puppy, yet I didn’t feel he wanted to answer my questions properly, until I asked something about the pharma industry and then he lit up and gave comprehensive answers for the first time in the whole consult.I feel this experience leaves much to be desired, and we got a much better experience somewhere else.
