Worste services ever....I ordered 30 roll of male and female Velcro 50mm from the soweto branch from Ricky....did a eft in to there account with immediate affect and he gaurenteed me my delivery today ....so he told me he doesn't have the stock i need to go to the pretoria branch cause they have the stock he confirmed it with lizzy...I went there and waited 2 hours with barely any assistance and when they did get to me they told me there was a mistake there is no stock so I told them I want my money back as I paid for stock that no one has so they said ok they will pay it back as I need it to go get Velcro somewhere else up until now they have been promising to pay my money and they still have not.... every time I message or call they ignore me

This place was not good. Anyone going there needs to check their invoices very carefully. I was quoted one price for goosa and charged another price. The cashier is in a dark cage and you cannot see your printed invoice clearly there. Another issue is that they charged me a fee to pay by card. This is against the consumer protection act.I will definitely not recommend this company and will not buy from them again. Be very careful when dealing with them.
