Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. Couldn’t find proof of payments, didn’t answer phone calls, failed to deliver equipment on timeEventually opted for a refund which even then needed paperworkBeen in the swimming industry for 12 years and never dealt with a supplier kkke this in my life. Strongly do not recommend

Walk in customer service is pretty slow and bad, but i guess it isnt really meant to be a walk in shop. Stock is also very limited by the looks of it.

The worst customer service. Slow, answers questions with questions and then don't answer back for days. Trying to get prices for products other than their SVA and SPX foams is like pulling rooster teeth. Took 2 weeks from my initial email on a price inquiry to get anywhere, and I still don't have the information I asked for.When you basically have a monopoly on foam products in the country, why should you care about your customers, right?
