Your Way Insurance Brokers

Aylene has been struggling with settling my claim for the past God knows how long, my car was stolen over a month ago and till today what is owed to me and the bank has not been paid, it is frustrating because I also had to cancel car rental due to the delay, which I was told the car rental will be terminated as soon as the bank is paid. As a client I do not care who needs to do what I need my claim processed and policy cancelled from my service provider. What angers me the most is they keep billing me while dragging the settlement. I submitted the AOL over two weeks ago and only a week left till the Settlement quote expires. How is it fair that MFC has to contact them asking for payment? This is the worst insurance ever, service is slow and I have to ask for feedback and schedules without them informing me, even premium increases there is no notification before it actually happens. Truly disappointed and frustrated. I will be forced to take legal action because my rights are being violated.
