Lovely breakfast spot! The food is average though. I had a scrambled egg and salmon croissant which was lovely save for the piece of cardboard I found in my food. The rest of the food we ordered was also average. Overall a nice spot for a bite but nothing to rave about.

Home to my favourite pasta dish, their ‘Tagliatelle au poulet & sauce pistou‘ is simply the best. Can’t get enough of it. Their pastries and desserts are top-class.Would highly recommend for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy!

Whenever you’re hungry and need to be fed properly, Paul will feed you. Provided you’re not counting calories, there’s definitely a meal at Paul that’ll satisfy you!I particularly enjoy Paul for breakfast, with the eggs Benedict, omelette or French toast never disappointing. They have great pasta dishes too should you happen to be around for lunch or supper.What’s special about Paul is the ambience. Modelled on delicatessens and savoir-faire, fining at Paul inspires engagement and great conversation.I have yet to be able to order and eat dessert with my food as their meals are quite filling. I once ordered the crêpe Suzette pancakes to go, and quite enjoyed it once I got home.Evenings at Paul are amazing as the service is extremely quick, professional and efficient. Great for a quiet date-night or catching up with old friends and you need to hear each other talk.

My French favourites are alway a Kir Royal with a savoury crepe (known as a Galette Bretonne) … Paul’s is generally the closest I can find to this (in Joburg) and my go-to order there. Generally delicious, but I might have caught them on a bad day today as the savoury crepe was no where close to the standard I was used to. Perhaps next one will be better and my rating change

Great food and great service every time!I love the baguettes. I’ve had a variety of them and all have been delicious.The crème brûlée is absolutely to die for!

After having tried the one in Bryanston I needed to try this one and I love that you get the same quality of food. I was just a bit disappointed in the sandwich being really hard. This place is however popular so seating is hard, at some point there was a line with people waiting to be seated. Their breakfast is great though, would continue to go back just for the breakfast.
