what a disgusting , poor service from this company, i bought an engine with them , the engine never worked and i had to transport this engine back and forth with my own money , while they know their engine is dead. HOW CAN YOU SELL DEAD ENGINE TO THE CLIENT WITH BIG MONEY..i don't recommend anyone to buy any engine from this company , they are not reliable ,unprofessional, and selling dead part to the customer , you cant trust this people

Hi my name is Leslie. I purchased a autobox from sa auto parts November. The gearbox is faulty and I literally have not had use of this box. I spent 6k on buying it. After sales terrible. One month guarantee. Phoned them to at least get some kind of assistance with no avail. Yes this is 2months after the sale. But still my opinion poor service I won't recommend or ever return to them rather by from reputable ppl in future.just not worth the stress. Yes I have bought more than two engines from them previously. Never again.

Always have what you need and willing to order what they do not have.

Guys are helpful and sometimes surprise you with what they have in stock.

Management and staff are unprofessional. They hire drivers who even they believe are bad drivers cause they can hire them for cheap when delivering engines. Their driver Ruan almost drove me and my girlfriend into a ditch when he crashed into my driver side door with a Ford Ranger bakkie while delivering an engine to one of their customers. Had to go to the doctor for my injuries. It was a rainy day and the engine was just sitting open on the back of the bakkie so they also don't care about their customers. Management especially the guys named Aziz and Juno are not taking any responsibility for this situation but told me that Ruan is a kak driver" and I should sort the situation out with him instead of attending to my claim for the damages caused to my car. I would not do any business with them if I were you. Even at their premises the whole floor was flooded with water from the rain with hundreds of old looking engines just soaking wet. Absolutely disgusting experience speaking to management"

the website is misleading general public sofar listed engine prices are concerned because current prices quoted when phoning the business and what is been displayed on the website do not corresspond..to add to this the sales person simply stated it was an old listing and thats it !!i would suggest the business update their price list accordingly to display the correct prices and keep public informed when these listings change otherwise it leaves a poor image of service

Was stuck on que when we were only three customers on the line waiting to be attended to for close to 30min..only to be told they don't have the part I needed..boring

Very pricey place but ok sometimes they drop the price...

Best service ever all their staff is friendly and helpful. And what I liked about the are team players working all together to close a sale and very nice and friendly.

Good service, just know your prices before shopping here as some of their stuff is more expensive than Midas.
