House & Home Highveld Mall (Witbank 2)

Inefficient, incompetent, unfriendly , poor service delivery , false promises , lack of work ethic , arrogant staff.These words explain my experience at the store on the 24th of December 2022.I had placed an order for essential household items i.e a bed, a washing machine , a TV set and a fridge to be delivered at my residence , this arrangement was made on Tuesday the 20th of December 2022.Due to my relocation I needed the items to be delivered on the day of the 24th of December, after being promised that my order will be delivered on the 24th the store could not deliver my stock to my new residence ,I had driven over 100km to settle down.The sales person, Wandile, was very rude and justified all errors made by the store and did not apologize for any inconveniences a single time.Excuses were made regarding the delivery and floor item stock was offered as an alternative to take home at my own expense , after I had already paid for delivery.During this process the store staff were all having a pre Christmas party at the store.Very disappointed in the store and the franchise.

On Sunday, 12 February 2023, we bought a bed from House & Home - Highveld Mall. Paid and was promised delivery on Tuesday. Tuesday we went to the shop to pick up our bed and was informed that it did not arrive yet but will be there on Thursday. Thursday, my husband went back - no bed yet again and the manager refused to come out of his office. The sales person said that there is a bed in the storage and will phone on Friday, 17 February 2023, before 10 am to give us an update. 2 pm I phone customer care and I was livid. Everything is an issue and a refund could take days. Eventually, we were called to say the bed is there. So once again to collect our bed.When we start setting it up the bed, we were sold a second hand bed! Base is broken and the new" feet of the bed scratched with dirt on it.You take our money immediately for second hand goods???? What kind of place is this? So tomorrow we will be in your store and you will refund us immediately!"

Very helpful staff always willing to help ... They also have good prices that's very competitive

Never will I go to Witbank branch again!!!Incompetent staff and very rude!!! Don't waste your time with this branch!!!

Friendly staff. Good return policies. Nice furniture and household goodies

Very bad service with delivering. My couches was damaged and I send it back must wait for them to order new ones. Then they deliver my bankbed only half of it now I must wait also for them to order new ones. I will never use them again for furniture. I had better service at bradlows

Has a lot of beautiful things

Good staff members right there i have bought most of my finisher at house and home. I'm just concerned with the telephonic assistance NO answer most of the time, please just assist with that.

Useless shop ever, I was just there now and guess what nxxxxx poor service delivery. They wanted me to pay for a bed that was not even there

Pathetic service. Bought a smart TV as a gift in December. It was proven faulty. We are still awaiting our credit and it was promised to be ready 5 days ago after several trips to the branch and it was discussed with the Manager. The Branch Manger do not even make an effort to return your calls. We will not recommend anyone to buy at House and Home Witbank.
