Worst service ever received from one of your employee by the name of Thandiswa. First of all me and my wife arrived at her desk and she was busy on the computer and we just stood there. When she noticed that there were clients in front of her she didn't even show remorse that she kept us waiting there while she was busy with her own stuff let alone even greeting us. Her facial expression could tell how irritated she was to assist us and she gave us a very bad attitude. When she spoke to us it was like she is even forced to as you could hardly hear what she was saying. After some time she started asking my wife whether she was okay as it seemed like she had a problem, my wife responded and assured her she was okay but that seemed not to sit well with her as she assured us that she is not there for us and since well we have attitude she won't continue helping us we should move to the next counter. We asked her to pay for our R1000.00 airtime so we could go but she refused to help us. What surprising is with all the other employees being present in the store no one even tried to intervene and find out what could be the problem, instead they just kept quite and pretended as if everything was normal. Then we decided to call customer care but with no luck we could not get hold of them. Luckily Thandiswa heard us when we said we were calling customer care that's when she decided to help us. We are really disappointed with your service at that store and you won't see our business ever again. Telkom at Eastrand mall is a joke please fix your attitude towards fellow human being more especially if they are bringing business to you

Extremely rude staff from ticket attendant all the way to assistant manager. Multiple rude attendants as my first experience to upgrade a contract was extremely unpleasant. Second experience to do a Sim swap was even worse as the assistant manager shouted at me and said she will not even help me in any way and walked away. No names or introduction was given but I was simply shouted at and dismissed. I would not recommend this store to anyone as the staff is extremely poorly trained and unhelpful. This management team should not be in any customer service and interaction field. Unfortunately, even with multiple complaints and bad reviews there is no change from owner or Telkom SA.

Very unhelpfull stay away

It's a Saturday. Why are there only 2 counters open with 14 people waiting outside? Is this the service your customer gets? Your shop is mother big. And don't tell me you'll do better. I see you've been promising" that to everyone. Just do it don't tell me about it."

Helpful staff, service was good too

Very friendly and helpful with what we needed. Don't get that often at all anymore

Never has stock available and customers service not great. Can't tell me when they will have stock or assist in any other way. Thanks guys. You lost a customer today.

terrible customer service i have been in this stores 2 times and leave without getting help , all the consultants pretend to be busy and go out of the store

Poor services from these guys,giving excuses for them not to assist but they are just standing and do nothing in the shop.
