Very professional and helpful

A sales person did not convince me to use them. The guards did. Noticed them in the area and was very pleased by there profisialism. The technical division is also very good.

Good professional service and friendly staff.

It's been almost 2 months that we have been with asec. And it's affordable and they are very responsive. Something that I find very pleasing is that in 2 months there was probably 20 false alarms and every time they phone they are exceptionally friendly, understanding and never get angry. Also one night we had an alarm scare and it was not even 5minutes after requesting response and they responded. I feel very secure with them, and their super friendly staff. Also all staff have very good telephone etiquette, something very little businesses have.

They installed a battery back up for my alarm system. No one inform us how it works. They installed it in the main bedroom everytime the power goes off it make a noice. If they no there equipment how is it possible to install something that will be a nuisance to the client. Its seems there personal is not trained. If you install something you must give the client feed back. I phoned then 6 times spoke to a supervisors everyone of then just make promises. I cansel my contract with them because there service is poor how do yoe bend a conduit wirh wires in it. Percy was there in the 3 years more then 10 times,He couldn't sort the gate motor out. The security company im with no sotr it out in 10 minutes, there resons when the alarm goes of 20 min. They instilled beams on the wall if a bird or cat on the wall goes of. The manager where there with percy he said there no problem. I should of lefi them years ago, after al the money i spent to fix the problems theres still problems. The intercoms still not working. They rerout the cable's and bend the conduit. How could the mamager said theres no problems.
