The sales assistance are 'very very very' rude. My fourth visit to this yard to get spares for my Isuzu bakkie was the same with previous experience - very horrible! The guys at the till must learn how to talk to customers (especially black people) politely.

Phone 5 times with no answer and the sales person did not understand the term central locking unit on a vehicle so i asked to be transferred just to be put on hold for 5 minutes. Another 3 phonecalls futher and another saleperson was asking for a photo of the unit! Looks like the staff has no knowledge of any parts. The whatsapp function also take ages to reply (5hours response time)
