Purchased a bedroom set, paid upfront Realized the chest of drawers did not have runners, they suggested that they could arrange that and it will be delivered within the same week with runners, in the same color..No following up was done,One week later i had to phone, and they said the had a problem with the manufacurer, .Another week later still no feedback, even though i spesificly asked for feedback the previous times we spoke, they still did not receive my cest of drawers.I exclaimed my inpatients, since its been two weeks already. Tuns out i have been speeking to the owner the whole time.She arranges for the COD to be picked up, also missing the time deadline agreed upon only to deliver it, in the wrong color.I would nog suggest to do business here, especially if you cant handel arrogance.
