Skin Renewal Waterfall has become my glow and beauty home, the staff is amazing and very welcoming. The place is utterly neat and aesthetic, great atmosphere and beautiful service in every way possible. It’s been a good6 months doing my skin treatment with them now but it feels like yesterday. My beautiful, kind, sweet and loving Therapist Noma has been totally amazing with me and my skin, she’s the reason I’d wanna go back for more treatments, she’s totally a professional and knowledgable with her work and products. My melasma treatment is a work in progress but I’m happy with the results so far, glowing, beautiful and healthy skin. Kudos to Noma✨

The MOA branch has given me a whole new experience. The ladies are professional and going the extra mile. My therapist Noma, is out of this world. So professional, displays vast knowledge and passion for her work. Her follow ups after my treatments are appreciated. I've seen results on my skin and complements in less than 6months and continue to. Noma is my go to person, its because of her that I am consistent with my routines and consultations. Have been on a hyperpigmentation treatment since January. This is an area of great concern for me. The last treatment was a peel that was a disaster. All the progress down the drain. The consultant Noma sent me out with no spf which I don't understand was the reason. Makes you queation if she knows what she is doing. The peel burned my undereye and parts of my upper brows and eye sides. I struggled for a week with burning pain and sensitivity. I went in for a repair consult and Dr Janine was arrogant telling me it's normal to have the chemical under my eyes. I found her very insensitive and uncaring. Although i was given PDT repair treatment, I have burn scars on my under eye. In addition my forehead and sides have become darker and show cracks 12 days after the treatment. The itching doesn't stop and now I have to spend money on additional ointments to repair these burns. I have to apply post treatment balm 4 times during the day to get relief. On the 2nd PDT repair treatment, they wouldn't give me anything to apply on my skin. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced for the high prices they charge, not worth it. At the end of the day I have worsened hyperpigmentation. And have gone back 10 steps backwards in my journey to treat my hyperpigmentation.

Stunning set up at this branch. The staff are all very friendly. I attended and did a consultation for a slight rash I had on my face. The consultation is information overload and there are very technical medical terms used which you might not understand. A very detailed costly skin treatment plan was designed for my skin. I opted to start with just the skin facial on my first visit. Unfortunately it caused a reaction to my skin and four months later I am still struggling to clear it up. I did not complete the rest of the treatment and will not returning back due to the reaction I had after the first treatment. It did not work for me but might work for you.
