Woolworths Food Access Park
A wonderful store, great selection. Due to being so busy every day of the week, there are days when the fresh produce shelves are mostly out of stock. I go there often and find it to be the case (a bit inconvenient). Tellers are always friendly, professional but staff on the floor are not really 'customer aware'. If they improved this it would make the experience there even better and I would go out of my way to shop there specifically. Having said that I've never had a 'terrible' experience with them.

Help me understand... you have a barista station inside a food shop. I cannot purchase a Cappuccino with Almond milk for my lactose intolerant mother before they ran out". There's a year supply of almond milk on the shelves two aisles over... how can you run out when you have stock in the shop???????? Whenever I go shopping there

I usually love this Woolworths until I had to buy milk for my son. I was looking for lactose free full cream as that's what he usually drinks. Couldn't find any in the store so I asked for assistance, I was told that it doesn't come in full cream and only comes in bottles not cartons. Needless to say I had to run around town after my wife told me they most definitely do sell full cream lactose in a 6 pack. Would be great if the staff had just told me they don't have stock
