I great and people are very nice there

Uneducated staff with no knowledge of products. You are completely on your own when you go there. Left with no solution to my problem.

Great Place. Phoned and asked for a PS5 and went to get it the next day with great service and staff.

I called on Saturday as I received a defective product. I was told that someone would call me in 5 minutes. No one called me back so I had to call again on Monday. When I called the lady I spoke to blamed the courier which was not the case as they packaged they item and then cut the call on me. Called again and spoke to someone else on Monday who told me I would receive feedback. Today I called again because no one has contacted me in now 2 days and only to be told please send the item back for a full refund" when I asked if they would be sending a courier to me I was told no. So I must now pay for a courier to send an item from Jhb to Durban on my dime. This place seems unreasonable

Picked up ps4 yesterday after waiting 4 months....found a brand new game inside which is not mine....taking in back to them.. its the right thing to do.....

excellent customer service ,bought my ps5 had a few faults and they assisted me in every way possible and far exceeded it .Definitely recommend for excellent customer service

Called the shop to order ps4 pro and they say they can order but when i want to order he said joh and drop the line? some customer service you have.will take my business somewhere else

Not only was the store dirty but I was watched like a criminal by the staff. Nobody came and asked if I needed help or greeted me. I took my business to Musica.

TREMBLE.WHEN I TOOK MY PS4 FOR REPERS THERE SAID IT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS TO LOOK AT IT THEY SAID THE GUY LOOKED AT IT BUT HE DID NOT THEN I GOT IT A MONTH LATER AND IT SAID GO FOR IT ON THE BIO AND WE WON'T TAKE IT THEY EVER AGAIN WORST EVER
