I had to sit down for almost 30 minutes...waiting for someone to help me with printing out a plan...am disappointed...

Postnet Thavhani Mall. Such bad service they are giving to us, they are not helpful at all. I sent a parcel from Parktown on the 21st of October. its after 7 days the recipient hasn't received an sms. I phoned Thavhani mall they confirmed the parcel arrived. when i asked why it taking forever to send massage they claim i the network error. The man i spoke to advised that the recipient can come with the waybill number to pick up the parcel.He went but returned cause he does not have sms from them. if i may ask why is the tracking number for cause it for tracking the parcel. i am so disappointed. it clearly shows they don't know what they are doing

I went to make a copy there today 12/04/2021. They charged me 15rands for 1 page I had to print 10 I ended up printing 3 of the most important. Wouldn't recommend using their service. first and last
