They lie to customers, first they move me from business without me knowledge, change term of my contract from 24 to 36. The said the second phone will be delivered within 7 days,when i follow up they changed and said 30. Worse service ever. i regret upgrading my contract there.

How is there only 2 persons in the shop that can assist with contracts, one was on lunch, so then there was only one who can assist with a long line waiting outside.

I don’t even know why they still have clients coming there. Service is pathetic! Literally have to beg staff members for assistance! Management should invest in training, because their client service shucks! Bad client service galore! Stay away!!!

Worst mtn store ever, poor service. There are attendants just sitting and talking and not helping even when the queue is long.

Shocking service, waited 20min before I was attended to. I bought a voice bundle data for R200 and still has not been loaded into my phone. I have to now go back and waist my own time to sort This problem which should never have happened in the first place. It is so inconvenient unacceptable and they not friendly at all it’s like they doing you a favor.

Customer care service is poor, person helping with contracts acted like he does not want to be there.

I went to mtn wonder park for a Sim swap,the lady on counter 4 who was assisting have a bad customer service shame. Imagine assisting a client while chatting with your colleagues about your crush. And because I refused to sign an incomplete form then I was told that she forgot that the Sim swap system if off and teared my form said I should come back tomorrow. instead of making me aware that the system is off she made me listening to her nonsense about men , she can't even separate business and personal feelings, that gave me the impression that the system was working. My time was wasted there.

Personally ,i was mistreated by a sales consultant who ask for a cool drink before she can assist me,but she continued helping me with an attitude,then she decided just not to carry on.she said I must call the call centre to assist me,but the call centre told me to go to an mtn shop with an affidavit ,so I was so confused.One off the sales consultant decided to help me successfully.Thanks to her .
