Really disappointed with Ocean Basket taking sole of the menu from Ocean Basket franchise's Countrywide, I now will be visiting an alternative Seafood restaurant.

Here at OB Plumstead, I sat and waited for more than 20 minutes for a waiter to come and see us, there after we waited another 15 minutes for our drinks and then another 20 minutes or more for our food, there seem to be only one waiter serving about 12 tables and the waiting period is wey to long. I have to say that the services is extremely bad, I would even go as far as to say the service is pathetic. The poor waiter is serving the hole restaurant and the food just take forever to reach us. OB Plumstead is super Pathetic. I called on the manager and he did not even pitch to come and listen to our concern. It is not the first time I have this problem at this specific restaurant. The manager eventually came after like 13 minutes and came with loads of excuses pathetic excuses that they under staffed and that it's the best that they can do. Gm of the store is Reece.

On the 4th of March myself and husband went to Ocean basket V&A where we always go since our 1st date and on that evening we had the most unexpected experience while eating there food i started to get an allergic reaction went to the private doctor and the doctor diagnosed it as food poisoning and that's why it mimic and allergic reaction symptoms we altered the manager the person Danisha at customer head office and gave them all doctors proof and certificates only for the attorneys to get back to me and say the manager and owner and insurance refuse to do something about it because they denying that I could've gotten sick from them and they dont care what I do going forward and refuses to do anything about it because no one else got sick that specific night.athe owner John Tromp doesn't care that I could have died from food poisoning because he think he gets good reviews all the time he shouldn't bother if 1 person out of the lot got food poisoning WHILE eating his food.Even myself and husband always had good reviews regarding the experience at Ocean basket but getting sick and food poisoned while eating there food is something to actually take seriously and in consideration!!!!Below is the outcome After having a allergy reaction while eating Ocean Baskets V&A food and being confirmed by doctor with certificates that it was food poisoning...
