I bought a single gorgeous frameless package from these guys, but the after sales service is not on par. We needed to remove the door 3 months after installation to fix a pipe behind the tiles. So I noticed the screws that fits it to the wall had all been head stripped. So I phone them to ask if I can source 6 exact replacement stainless screws. And the answer takes a whole new direction... Sorry but we" have to do the removal at a cost of R1000. Or your warantee will be void. So i voided the warantee. New tiles get put in. Both hinges now need a ~2mm spacer so the door can lign up perfect. I go in to look at options with these guys. R50 per "washer". I need 3 on a hinge. Rediculous. So R300. I DIY'd it with a packet of self souced stainless washers for R15. Looks great. But TO MY CREDIT since I did the work.We want to do a second shower now. Sorry im looking elsewhere where i can get better after sales support."

On 5 November 2021 I bought what the owner assured me was a 135 degree shower magnetic seal. Not knowing the difference as I am not an installer, just an end user. I cut the seal to size to install on my shower. On installation I found that the seal is not working. On doing further research I found that what I was sold by the owner Miguel Duarte Sousa was in fact a 90 degree. As I have cut the seal the owner now refuses to exchange or refund.

Miguel helped me make a replacement door to my shower at a fraction of a new shower's cost including magnetic seals with correct angles etc. Happy customer.

From doors not closing squarely to panels not lining up and employee lying to your face - rather spend your money elsewhere. Real sloppy workmanship.
