I've never been particularly fond of dental appointments. Dr Ismail and his staff were a great experience. Dr Ismail is gentle, confident, informative and very comforting to those of us who have a bout of childhood trauma when visiting the dentist. Highly recommended.

I can understand that the dentist might be busy but the lady who answered the call today offered me zero help with my 2 year old son who had had a fall and pushed in his front teeth. I just got told repeatedly “we are booked until August”.

I will recommend Dr Ismail with a smile to anyone struggling with their teeth.After a motorcycle accident I was left with broken tooth. I had to see numerous Dentist and Orthopaedic specialists (In Gauteng and Limpopo) only to end up with a failed implant and an infection that ate half of my gums off. I had one front tooth missing and had to use a one tooth denture thing. Needless to say, that meant no more smiling, no more eating food that needed to be bitten off like sandwiches. I had to make use of awful tasting denture glue just to keep it in place so I can talk to people without the tooth falling out mid conversation.I have my 40th Birthday coming up and decided I am going to try one more time to get this front tooth fixed.I went to see Dr. Ismail and I am so so happy that I did.Without hesitation he informed me of all the options, he explained the prosedures in terms that I could understand. He works very gentle and explains step by step what he is doing so that you don't feel panicked. The staff is friendly and after every visit a follow-up call or message was sent the next day to ask how I was feeling.We decided to do a bridge and now I have a stunning smile and can eat, talk and even whistle again. This was done in only three appointments and within 2 weeks after the 2nd appointment my smile was back !!Thank you Dr. Ismail, Inge and all the staff.

Dr. Ismail and his team are amazing! Very professional, kind & thorough. The office does not look like much from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised how modern & clean the inside is - almost futuristic. No old or outdated equipment and more affordable than the other dentists in town.The only downside is the extremely long wait time for your appointment. He's fully booked far in advance and for good reason. I would HAPPILY suffer with a toothache while awaiting my appointment. As someone with anxiety, I've never had such a pleasant and calm experience at a dentist. I refuse to go to any other dentist ever again!I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Ismail. I'm recommending him to all my family.
