Called them to query about the laundry services to have my clothes washed and the guy accused me of calling from another laundry and asking him the same thing 10 times when its the first time i called shame definitely wouldn't have my clothes laundered though them

I contacted this service to make an enquiry. The person I dealt with was so unprofessional and blatantly rude. I'm disgusted to think a local business treats people in the manner. And we wonder why a business such as this does not thrive. The info I wanted was simple, is it self help, or drop off. Instead he told me to not bother him and if I need stuff sorted I can come there. But he couldn't even give me a time as to when he opens tomorrow (Monday) #disgusted #unprofessional

I called to ask what time they close and the guy that answered the phone was very rude . His response is I tell this everyday .... .it's my first time calling and enquiring . They should have phone etiquette as people will call to ask it's part of the business answering questions
