Efficient friendly service

My husband took off work from 11AM only for the company to arrive almost 4 hours past the arranged time (11:30). Upon arrival, the wrong size was cut. We were told that they'll return in 15 minutes with the correct size only to wait close to an hour again.The work that was done was very good but there's no excuse for arriving late without forewarning. I doubt this company would compensate my husband per hour of work lost on his side due to their tardiness.REPLY TO THE BUSINESS RESPONSE:I think it goes without saying, that the fact that you don't even know what service was done at our house, you've shown the standards of your service. We had a window repaired at our house, nothing to do with a door. But good job on trying to lower bad ratings with other customers by trying to smooth things over with apologies. Simple communication in terms of letting the people ahead on the job card know that there is a delay is the fundamental flaw. Also, no one apologised for the extreme tardiness either.
